Description
PV-ERGO 08 mobile pallet strapping system comes with innovative chain-Lance technology. The chain carries the PP/PET strap through the pallet and up again in the rear and over the pallet and hands over the strap to the operator.
1. The operator needs to grasp the strap and place it into the attached battery strapping tool. The strap will be tensioned and welded by the sealing head with ease.
2. This system is designed based on ergonomics, without bending, reducing operator fatigue, single operation and saves labor.
3. The patented design ensures fast threading the straps ( average time to thread the straps is less than 10 seconds) depending on the size of the pallet.
4. Central integrated lithium battery power supply, 3 -step charger with a short charging time, and long duration ( the battery can be packed for 500-600 times continuously when fully charged ).
5. PV-Ergo 08 comes with touch screen HMI that allows operator to adjust the machine for various packaging sizes at ease and convenience.
